Promoting Brand Personality

Challenge eBay needed a way to express its fun, friendly, and human qualities by adding some personality to their site during retail moments.
Solution

We created a site decoration called the Doodle to support eBay’s holiday campaign as a gifting destination.


Result

eBay continued to use the placement to support the brand throughout the year due to its success during holiday.
Through A/B testing, we discovered that including a call-to-action increased the landing page traffic by 50%.
